# WealthBoost Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the WealthBoost app for iPhone and iPad and the websites at wealthboost.app and wealthboost.ai.

## Information WealthBoost handles

To personalize guidance, WealthBoost may use information the user provides about a goal, activity, project, intended audience, desired result, current situation, available time, budget range, location context, country, currency, and other details the user chooses to add.

The service may process generated guidance, ideas, saved items, notes, feedback, milestones, XP events, feature interactions, request counts, error states, and timestamps needed to operate and protect the service.

AI Coach questions, relevant profile context, and limited recent conversation context are sent through the WealthBoost backend to produce an answer. Conversation history is stored on the device. Coach answers are stored with Saved Guidance only when the user chooses to save them.

Support messages include the message and any name or email supplied by the user. Technical information needed to investigate a request may also be attached.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. WealthBoost receives product and entitlement information but does not receive full payment-card details.

## How information is used

Information is used to:

- Generate guidance, ideas, priorities, and Coach answers around the user's goal.
- Save and sync profile information, guidance, notes, feedback, and progress.
- Cache recently generated content for faster and more consistent loading.
- Verify subscriptions, introductory access, and usage limits.
- Respond to support requests and investigate technical problems.
- Protect the service from misuse and unauthorized AI usage.
- Understand aggregate website traffic and optional analytics interactions.

WealthBoost does not sell personal information or use private profile content to sell third-party advertising.

## Service providers

- Supabase provides backend hosting, database storage, and server-side functions.
- OpenAI provides AI-generated guidance and Coach answers.
- Apple provides App Store subscriptions, StoreKit entitlements, iCloud features, and device notifications.
- Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, and aggregate Web Analytics.
- Google Analytics provides optional website measurement after consent.

## Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page visits and website performance without cookies or cross-site tracking. Google Analytics remains disabled until a visitor chooses to allow optional analytics. The choice can be changed through Cookie choices in the website footer.

## Retention and deletion

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide and protect WealthBoost, preserve user-selected content, respond to support, enforce limits, meet legal obligations, or establish legal claims.

Users can request deletion from Me > Data & Privacy > Delete my WealthBoost data. Deleting WealthBoost data does not cancel an App Store subscription.

## Security and international processing

WealthBoost uses transport encryption, access controls, server-side secrets, request validation, and ownership checks. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information outside the user's country under applicable safeguards.

## User choices

Users can update profile information, manage saved guidance, control reminders, manage subscriptions through Apple, allow or decline optional website analytics, contact support, and request deletion.

## Important warning

Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information in profiles, notes, support messages, or Coach questions.

AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. Important financial, legal, tax, health, or investment decisions should be reviewed with a qualified professional.
